As a Customer Service agent you will respond to and resolve a wide variety of consumer queries by phone email and chat within the stipulated time frame and deliver an outstanding and memorable customer experience that builds brand preference a positive social buzz and long term value.

Required skills

• Fluent in German
• Working proficiency in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Exposure to CRM systems or equivalent
• Proficient computer user
• Basic digital knowledge; smartphones and software applications
• Computer literate including working knowledge of Microsoft
• Punctuality
• Sense of responsibility
