We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our Finance team on a fulltime basis with a team player coordinating the Organizational Finance requirement with internal and external stakeholders and work towards strengthening relationship and bring long term sustainable solutions.

Major Requirements:

A. GST handling :

Filing of returns

E Invoicing support

Analyzing the reports generated

error tracing

On time Support GST audits with relevant data & documentary evidence

Issuing declaration to vendors

Reverse charge payments

Input Credit tracking & Effective utilization

B. Direct Taxes :

Quarterly advance tax calculations

Support statutory audits with tax reconciliation

TDS / WHT compliance (TRACES reconciliation)

Tax reconciliation for US GAAP reporting

C. MIS & Reporting:

Generation of reports in QAD/TM1 for analysis

Month accruals

Support of statutory & SoX audits with relevant analytics

Variance review

D. Fixed Assets Management:

e CAR approval tracking

Asset Code distribution

PIP/CWIP monitoring

Capitalization

Useful life analysis

Physical verification & tracking of FA

Coding/ Stickering of assets

Depreciation run & analysis for variance

Asset retirement & disposal accounting

Interco asset transfers & accounting the same for US GAAP basis books

Requirements :

CA / CWA with minimum 2 years & maximum 5 years of postqualification experience preferably from manufacturing companies.

Tamil speaking candidates preferred.

Exposure US GAAP & Big4 audits advantageous.
