Requirements
Relevant certifications such as CCNA CCNP or CompTIA Network are desirable.

Proven experience in designing implementing and managing enterpriselevel networks.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies including TCP/IP VLAN OSPF BGP MPLS DNS DHCP VPN and SNMP.
Familiarity with network security concepts including firewalls VPNs IDS/IPS and encryption protocols.
Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to interact with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities:
Design configure and deploy local area networks (LANs) wide area networks (WANs) and wireless networks.
Implement and maintain network hardware including switches routers firewalls access points and other networking devices.
Monitor network performance and ensure optimal utilization of network resources.
Plan and execute network upgrades and expansions to accommodate the companys growing needs.
Implement and maintain network security measures including firewalls VPNs intrusion detection/prevention systems and access controls.
Conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
Respond to security incidents and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks and prevent unauthorized access.
Troubleshoot and resolve networkrelated issues reported by endusers or detected through monitoring tools.
Collaborate with the IT support team to provide timely resolution to networkrelated user problems.
Perform root cause analysis for complex network problems and implement permanent solutions.
Monitor network performance traffic and usage patterns to proactively identify and address potential bottlenecks or performance issues.
Optimize network configurations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Implement Quality of Service (QoS) mechanisms to prioritize critical applications and services.

Maintain comprehensive network documentation including network diagrams configurations and standard operating procedures.
Prepare regular reports on network performance security and maintenance activities for management.
