IT Senior Specialist

About the department:

The IT department within BYD Europe is responsible for Internal system Development.

One of the important tasks of the IT department is to conduct analysis of request internal company process and testing of business IT systems.

As IT Senior Specialist you will:

1. Set up needed IT infrastructure in Poland to ensure local network proper operation and maintain securities of IT system.
2. Collect and analyze business and users requirements identify bottlenecks and advise improvement for the system of business process.
3. Communicate with local business internal / external stakeholders on system Q&A providing training to key users.
4. Cooperating with the EU IT and HQ IT team to carry out the planning implementation upgrading optimization and transformation of the IT Systems.
5. Develop and maintain local technical documentation and procedures; perform the technical evaluations and periodic exercises and new release tests.
6. Build connection between BYD systems and dealers system to improve data transfer and work efficiency.
7. Understanding of the legal requirements with IT system and communicate with the Legal Department.

Your profile:

1. Bachelor degree or above fluent English speaking other European language is a plus.
2. Excellent logical judgement communication and organization skills.
3. Independent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
4. Structured and goal oriented attitude
5. Analytical curious and proactive mindset
