Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in Finance Accounting or Business Administration
• With proven work experience as Treasury Specialist
• With a solid understanding of basic accounting principles fair credit practices and collection regulations
• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
• Handson experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software (QuickBooks Xero or other systems)
• Proficient in English and in MS Office
• Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prints and monitors the status of check payments
• Attends to Treasuryrelated queries of the suppliers and other depts.
• Attends weekly meetings with team leaders
• Prepares weekly bank balance report
• Uploads weekly bank statement to Xero for bank reconciliation purposes
• Releases 2307 which is attached to every check payment for TAMP registered clubs
• Provides advice as to which checks can be released based on the latest bank balance and planned disbursements
• Uploads online payments to merchants and fund transfers
