Jira Administrator

DBServices helps to design develop and support digital platforms for large and midsized companies in ITC Banking Retail Government Health and other industries in Europe and Americas.

Tasks

• Administer and configure Jira projects workflows and permissions to meet the needs of various teams.
• Develop and implement custom Jira solutions to optimize project management and reporting processes.
• Provide training and support to team members on best practices for using Jira effectively.
• Monitor and maintain the performance and security of the Jira environment ensuring minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate Jira with other tools and systems used by the organization.

Requirements

• 3 years of JiraConfluence administration experience.
• Gather business process requirements and determine ways to optimize/improve the setup and configuration of JIRA/Confluence/BitBucket.
• Provide application support for JIRA and Confluence for IT and the rest of the company.
• Understanding of JIRA APIs and webhooks.
• Support JIRA and Confluence users.
• Work with business users to evaluate JIRA and Confluence plugins determine licensing needs and perform testing installation and configuration of the plugins.
• Use design skills to define JIRA workflows and related screen schemes for complex and highimpact projects.
• Implement custom XMLbased gadgets in JIRA.
• Support and configure JIRA plugins as needed.
• Generate documentation on workflows and processes implemented in JIRA to support runbooks.
• Create JIRA projects queries and reports as needed.
• Spanish is a requirement.
