We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Executive Creative Director to lead our creative team in developing cuttingedge belowtheline campaigns. The ideal candidate will excel in inspiring and directing our creative team in an intensive work environment. This role requires a blend of creative brilliance strategic insight leadership capabilities and client engagement.
Requirements
Relevant qualification in Advertising Graphic Design or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a creative role within a design agency with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
Portfolio of quality editorial design and conceptual work across various media channels.
Experience managing a team of at least 30 creatives with exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Strong presentation and clientfacing skills.
Excellent understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts.
Proficiency in creative tools and software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with blue chip corporate clients within the finance sector will be beneficial.
