Job Description
What We Do
Join our team to support our nonprofit initiatives by assisting donors through excellent customer service. Your role will be crucial in helping us achieve our mission and making a difference in the community.
This position is very easy and the systems are very easy as you
are not logging in through a VPN or downloading systems to
your computer. You log into 3 programs through your gateway
Calls are quick and generally under 4 minutes. You are not
calling out or Soliciting it is INBOUND CALLS ONLY. You are
basically doing Data Entry with the donor on the line.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months remote customer service experience
- Must use a Windows computer
- Quiet professional background for calls
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
- Intermediate computer skills
- Windowsbased PC with antimalware and antispyware security software.
- 2 GB RAM with Intel or AMD CPU 2GHz processor or equivalent
- Google Chrome browser preferred
