Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation activities including cold calling networking and attending industry events.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients addressing any concerns or objections to close sales deals successfully.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system providing regular reports to management on sales performance and forecasting.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends competitors and market developments to identify potential opportunities for growth.




Requirements

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in the Sales Field
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with clients effectively and team members.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with a focus on achieving winwin outcomes.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools preferred.
  • Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours to accommodate client needs and time zone differences.
