Associate Account Director - Up To 100k - Hybrid

We are looking for an Associate Account Director for our client in BGC Taguig

Reporting lines and key stakeholders:

This role reports to the ASP Operating Unit Lead

Requirements

• Oversee the team in their daytoday contact with agency/ client stakeholders and Hogarth internal departments
• Coordination between Project/ Transcreation Management Hogarth client and agencies
• Strive to better client and stakeholder relations
• Work closely with internal stakeholders
• Handle all aspects of client campaigns from planning through to delivery
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of the brand
• Highlight and escalate quality control issues
• Distribute contact reports and agendas
• Manage agreed budgets and administration
• Prepare accurate cost estimates against the Rate Card
• Accountable for all financial reporting and smooth running of the finance function
• Proven ability to make informed decisions and problemsolve based on sound knowledge

Qualifications

• Experience working in a video print or digital production role essential
• Proven experience in primary and postproduction (e.g. shoots postwork process etc.)
• Experience managing and servicing international accounts in 5 markets with multiple stakeholders desirable
• High level of IT literacy including usage of spreadsheets
• Strong numeracy skills
• Prioritization time management and attention to detail
• Resilience and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Fluent oral and written English essential other languages desirable
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Highly organized detail oriented customerfocused proactive and possess excellent communication skills with a clear understanding of international brand challenges
• Focus on continuous improvements delivering excellent quality and high levels of customer service
