Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing & Client Relationship Assistant to join our team. In this role you will work closely with our marketing and client relationship managers to support our clients needs and help drive business growth. This is a fulltime position with opportunities for growth within the company.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies for our clients
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify new opportunities for client growth
Coordinate and manage client projects ensuring timely and successful delivery
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing campaigns
Monitor and report on the success of marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvement
Assist with the preparation of client presentations and proposals
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field
12 years of experience in marketing or client relationship management
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Knowledge of marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics and social media management software
Creative and strategic thinking abilities
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
