A Territory Manager at That 1 Painter both estimates and manages all their jobs and is ultimately responsible for generating leads customer satisfaction and projects they are assigned. The Territory Manager is responsible for achieving the revenue targets of the territory maintaining consistent profitably and fostering an excellent reputation within the That 1 Painter territory among its customers and partners.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES(include but not limited to)

SALESCollaborate with the Director to develop and implement effective sales strategies that
drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.

Ability to maintain gross profit margins through providing accurate estimates.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONMaintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience.
Address customer complaints or issues promptly and work towards resolving them to ensure high levels of customer retention and loyalty.
BUDGETING AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENTCollaborate with the Regional Director to create and manage budgets for each location tracking financial performance against targets.
Implement costcontrol measures while maintaining quality service standards.
PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS AND REPORTING Regularly analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) identifying trends and areas for improvement.
COMMUNICATION & COLLABORATIONEstablish strong lines of communication with the owner and franchise corporate support staff to ensure smooth operations and alignment with overall company goals.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
FORGIVABLE/UNFORGIVABLE DRAW
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a forgivable draw of $45k to for the first 90 days designed to support you during the initial phase of your employment. At the conclusion of 90 days the draw will transition to an unforgivable status meaning it will function as an advance on future commissions.
PERFORMANCE BONUSESPerformance bonuses are awarded based on achieving specific performance markers that align with the businesss evolving needs and objectives. These markers are designed to incentivize excellence and will periodically adjust to reflect the goals of the company.
Bonuses are disbursed quarterly ensuring timely recognition of exceptional performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
This is a fulltime role as a W2 employee of the company and the hours will generally be from 8am5pm Monday through Friday with the occasional need for evening or weekend work taking part in trade shows networking events and/or industry events.
