Job Description
We're a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka and looking for a Chief Financial Officer for a wellreputed Telco company based in Sri Lanka. You will oversee all financial activities manage financial planning and analysis and ensure the financial health and sustainability of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement the company's financial strategy.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks including investment credit and operational risks.
- Operational Efficiency: Optimize financial operations and processes ensuring costeffective and scalable financial practices.
- Investor Relations: Communicate financial performance and strategy to investors stakeholders and the board of directors.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a highperforming finance team fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
