Tasks

The position and your daily adventures

This is a fulltime position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model therefore we will expect to see you in the office 3 times a week.

What you can expect:

• Complete initial configuration for the employee workstations.
• Install software baseline required for employees.
• Deploy operating system updates and security patches for the employee workstations.
• Harden operating systems and applications according to Klar security standards.
• Create and maintain employee workstations inventory.
• Provide technical support for employees.
• Resolve technical issues regarding the Klar WLAN (WiFi).
• Resolve and/or report technical issues regarding the corporate Internet service including reporting and following up with the ISP

What we are looking for:

Technical (hard skills)

• Advanced fluent English. Most communication within Klar happens in English.
• Computer or Networking Engineer or related discipline.
• Intermediate Antimalware knowledgeable.
• Intermediate Virtualization technology knowledgeable focus on workstations.
• Advanced Operating system (Windows and macOS) an officerelated software knowledgeable.
• Cloud environments (e.g. AWS Google Cloud).

Nontechnical (soft skills)

• Problemfinder and problemsolver. Has the ability to tackle broad questions identify the right problem to solve and generate solutions for it.
• Selfstarter and proactive. Does not require constant supervision and paces her work; curiosity drives her to find new work streams that help the companys goals.
• Organized and structured. Plans organizes and structures his efforts in order to achieve the most effectiveness in the more efficient way.
• Analytical and critical thinker. Leverages available data and searches for new data points to make informed decisions; does not go with the first hunch or the first answer but tests her answers against data and facts.
• Good written and verbal communication skills. Knows how to communicate his findings in a way that others can understand and leverage.
