Manage incoming calls, answer, direct, and identify customer's needs, orders and inquiries in timely manner.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication and provide proper solutions
To generate, updated and maintain all the needed customer records, PO's, dispatch on the company ERP system. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents as per the company policies & procedures
Coordinate the PO's with sales team, procurement & Logistics team, Operations Teams and follow up on clients orders until finish goods are received to end clients and provide after sales service as per the company quality standards
Issue invoices after placing the PO's on the system & update sales and accounting team
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and participate in customer satisfaction surveys and feedback
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Skills Required
Experience in freight forwarding
Experience in construction chemicals field
(preferable) Excellent Interpersonal skills ERP/ CRM knowledge
Computer Literacy (E mailing, MS Office, MS Project, Internet, etc.
Min 1 -2 years' experience in customer service
Excellent command of English Spoken & Written
