Patient Services Manager

Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in health services administration, hospital administration, business administration, or any related field. Other recognized degrees in healthcare administration can also be beneficial.

Knowledge of health services: A deep understanding of health care systems and services provided, and the ability to develop and implement service improvement strategies to achieve patient satisfaction.

Leadership and Management: The ability to lead the work team, motivate them, manage conflicts between different departments, and ensure good cooperation and coordination between them.
