Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, face-to-face support to our partners the drivers, ensuring their needs are met promptly
- Guide our partners through onboarding, emphasizing the effective use of Jeeny's tools
- Cultivate strong relationships with our partners, fostering a sense of connection to the Jeeny brand and mission
- Ensure they comply with Jeeny's policies and procedures consistently
- Collaborate with the Drivers' Operations team to enhance processes and services
- Validate driver data and conduct follow-up calls to address issues, gather feedback, and activate new drivers
Requirements
- Experience in customer service and sales
- Excellent communication skills for professional interactions with partners and remote teams
- Passionate about supporting and empowering others
- Quick problem-solving abilities
- Resourcefulness and proactivity in finding solutions
- Self-motivated team player
