Rest days: 5 off days in a month

Job Descriptions:
Provide first level of support and customer service
Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone or email
Listen probe to clarify and understand customer needs
Escalate problems or issues promptly and resolve customer queries
Handle administrative duties as required
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in similar position
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Requires a sense of urgency
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Good team player positive attitude and willing to learn
Able to commit retail hours
Able and willing to accept 6months bond agreement with company due to the provided training by company
