Job Description
Install and configure radar GPS navigation and communication systems on various marine vessels to ensure optimal performance.
Provide onsite and remote technical support for clients addressing issues related to marine electronic systems and ensuring reliable operation.
Diagnose and resolve technical malfunctions in marine electronics utilizing diagnostic tools and expertise to ensure swift repairs.
Perform routine maintenance checks and servicing of electronic systems ensuring compliance with industry standards and enhancing system longevity.
Conduct training sessions for clients on the use and maintenance of marine electronic equipment promoting safe and efficient operation.
Maintain detailed service records including installation reports maintenance logs and compliance documentation for regulatory purposes.
Ensure all installations and services meet the companys high standards of reliability and innovation aligning with client expectations.
Conduct site assessments to determine client needs and recommend suitable electronic solutions based on specific vessel requirements.
Work closely with engineering and product development teams to provide feedback and contribute to the improvement of existing products and services.
Stay updated on advancements in marine electronics technology and industry trends to enhance service capabilities and knowledge.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Electronics Marine Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in servicing marine electronic systems with a focus on radar GPS navigation and communication solutions.
Strong understanding of marine electronic systems troubleshooting techniques and familiarity with industry regulations and standards.

Responsibilities Conduct inspections and tests on marine navigation systems and equipment to assess their condition and performance. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems and issues in marine navigation systems and equipment. Perform repairs and replacements on marine navigation systems and equipment using appropriate tools and methods. Prepare and maintain service reports and documentation, such as work orders, invoices, and warranty claims. Communicate with customers and stakeholders to provide technical support and guidance. Collaborate with other engineers, technicians, and project managers to ensure successful completion of projects. Research and implement new technologies and best practices to improve marine navigation systems and equipment. Comply with marine codes, standards, and regulations. Manage and supervise service projects and teams. Conduct training and mentoring for junior service engineers and technicians.
