Job Description
- Lead, coach, and grow a high performing and agile team that delivers impactful results for the group, to become talent advisors to the business, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Set team performance goals and metrics, timelines and a formal tracking process to measure and manage progress.
- Apply creative, data-driven techniques to improve all aspects of the talent acquisition process.
- Track and develop metrics that help assess, analyze, and benchmark our talent pipeline, conversion, areas of recruiting strength, and areas of opportunity.
- Identify, develop, and continuously improve forecasting methodologies in partnership with HR Business Partners and Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Provide essential input to management team ensuring staffing plans are based on analysis of historical performance and real-time data.
- Work cross collaboratively to develop and implement a strong employee value proposition (EVP) and enhance our external employer brand to attract top talent and position the company as an employer of choice.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead the development and execution of employer branding campaigns, including job fairs, events, and targeted advertising.
- Track and analyze employer branding metrics to measure the success of branding initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in employer branding.
