Position: Finance & Procurement Data Analyst – Storylines Jobs UAE | CareerMatch Finance & Procurement Data Analyst – Storylines Jobs In Dubai UAE | Career Match For More Top Organization Jobs Description: We are looking for a Finance & Procurement Data Analyst that will manage a variety of fundamental financial responsibilities, including overseeing accounting tasks and offering financial advice. They provide direction and counsel on long-term financial choices and strategic strategies, supporting their claims with measurements and data analytics. They are frequently asked to take part in deliberations and decision-making processes involving budgets, investments, and other financial issues. They can make accurate projections to direct future planning by keeping up-to-date on historical trends and present economic activity. They might also carry out simple budgeting and accounting chores. Responsibilities: Answer directly to the CFO Will be responsible for general ledger (G/L accounting, financial close, and reporting responsibilities – this includes but is not limited to recording transactions, preparing G/L account reconciliations, filing of tax returns, and all other Ad-hoc duties as assigned. Forecast cash flows positions, ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet operational requirements Track the company’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement Manage company budget, report on variances from the established budget and the reasons for those variances Manage and mitigate Financial Risks, seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company Manage and mitigate Financial Risks, seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company Engage in benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential operational improvement Engage in cost reduction analysis, participate in target costing activities Provide insightful information and expectations to management to aid in long-term and short-term decision making Primarily Excel/Google-Sheet Modelling of Cruise Business Experience in Procurement with the Cruise Industry
