Job Description
- Work with internal Boeing users and external airline customer users to determine tool requirements for online authoring and delivery of Flight Operations products
- Leverage programming experience to create meaningful requirements and robust systems acceptance tests
- Utilize verbal/written communication to create application requirements doents, communicate details of application requirements with IT developers, work with IT to ensure system updates meet requirements, and conduct requirement based user acceptance testing of the updated applications
- Support end users by trouble ing application anomalies that occur
- Conduct end-user training
