## What You’ll Be Doing: 📍Responsible for OKX cefi user center system globally, independently complete overall product planning and roadmaps, organize work streams and milestones, and reach goals. 📍Responsible for conception, design, development and delivery of our in-house user center product including building authentication capability for both consumer and business customers, designing account structure and business usage for crypto exchange eco-system , handling account level enquiries and providing robust features and SOP for both consumer customer and cs teams. 📍Ensure oversight and review of all End to End solution deliverables. 📍Work in close coordination with all teams to identify, advise and escalate material product risks region by region. 📍With the mindset of becoming the pioneer and leader in the industry, having the ability to research industry gameplay in-depth, discover user needs and detect market opportunities 📍Managing at least two scrum teams by agile process
