We are seeking a dynamic individual to take on a pivotal role as a Plant Manager overseeing operations personnel and projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operations prioritize safety and uphold financial and service standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in the Chemical Oil & Gas industry and more than 12 years of working experience
• Proficiency in operational and safety protocols with expertise in Oil Chemicals and Gases
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of customer needs and industry trends
• Extensive managerial experience with a focus on leadership and team management
• Strategic thinking and project management abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Lead a diverse plant management team covering Operations Maintenance and Projects
• Ensure all plant activities including technical projects adhere to budget timelines and regulatory requirements
• Foster a proactive safety and serviceoriented culture
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness equipment maintenance and facility upkeep
• Manage plant budgets and optimize efficiency to enhance productivity
• Develop a Master Plan for future business needs and oversee its execution
• Drive compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
• Champion continuous process improvements and innovation initiatives
• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders including government bodies and contractors
• Mentor and develop nextlevel managers fostering a succession pipeline within the organization
