Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Engaged in preparing drawings and specification doents for the Conceptual Design Phase Schematic Design Phase and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project.
- Plan design and supervise the construction of buildings and other physical infrastructure projects
- Coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.
- Carry out Architectural work scheduling material requisition cost control project supervision doentation and seeking Clients approval
- Produces conceptual plans renderings and doents.
- Works in tandem with Consultants Subcontractors as well as with other technical departments (Structural M&E Engineers and Quantity Surveyors) on the design intent requirements and raise technical clarifications for smooth progress of work
- To resolve architectural related issues with stakeholders
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Architectural that is recognized by the Board of Architects
- Minimum 710 years of relevant experience in Singapore
- Knowledge in Singapore Building Codes and Practices Revit BIM and AutoCAD
- Must possess excellent interpersonal ss
- Ability to communicate effectively with subcontractors and engineers
