HR Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities

• Review endtoend payroll processing for all employees and approve including data input calculation of wages deductions and taxes.

• Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries bonuses commissions and other payrollrelated payments.

• Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

• Responsible / ‘go to person’ for payrollrelated inquiries from employees and provide timely and accurate responses.

• Stay updated on relevant employment legislation tax regulations and statutory requirements to ensure compliance.

• Work closely with other payroll colleagues on payroll related projects and
  undertake adhoc HR and payroll projects.

• Work closely with other payroll colleagues on payroll related projects
  Undertake adhoc HR and payroll projects as and when assigned.

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Human resources or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.

• Strong knowledge of employment law and TAFEP guidelines.

• Strong competency in MS Office software (MS Word PowerPoint Excel).

• Conscientious in handling confidential information.
