Review endtoend payroll processing for all employees and approve including data input calculation of wages deductions and taxes.
Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries bonuses commissions and other payrollrelated payments.
Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Responsible / ‘go to person’ for payrollrelated inquiries from employees and provide timely and accurate responses.
Stay updated on relevant employment legislation tax regulations and statutory requirements to ensure compliance.
Work closely with other payroll colleagues on payroll related projects and
undertake adhoc HR and payroll projects.

Undertake adhoc HR and payroll projects as and when assigned.
Requirement
Diploma/Degree in Human resources or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
Strong knowledge of employment law and TAFEP guidelines.
Strong competency in MS Office software (MS Word PowerPoint Excel).
Conscientious in handling confidential information.
