Job Title: Marketing Associate

Job Summary: The Marketing Associate will support the Marketing team in executing and managing marketing strategies to drive growth engagement and brand awareness. This role involves a variety of tasks including market research campaign execution content creation and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is creative detailoriented and possesses strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends market conditions and competitors to inform marketing strategies.
2. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics social media insights and other analytics platforms. Provide regular reports and insights to the Marketing Manager.
3. Social Media Management: Assist in managing the company’s social media accounts by creating scheduling and posting content as well as engaging with the audience.
4. Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of marketing events such as trade shows webinars and product launches.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team graphic designers and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
6. Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative tasks such as maintaining marketing databases organizing marketing materials and coordinating meetings.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g. Google Analytics Hootsuite HubSpot).
• Creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
