Azure Data Bricks platform support

Job responsibilities
• Ensure Databricks platform health and performance
• Ensure Databricks platform customer satisfaction by coordination of Databricks Platform DevOps Engineer resources to achieve timely request fulfillment and incident management
• Provide L2 incident management and escalate to / coordinate with L3 support if/where needed
• Manage Databricks system configurations including cluster policies secrets and job scheduling
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users addressing any platformrelated issues
• Enhance the Databricks Platform in terms of integration activation of new features integration with additional services
• Manage Databricks specific Azure Storage and Network configuration
• Consult Databricks platform customers on how to best use the platform to meet business requirements
