As an L2 Desktop Support Engineer youll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. Youll be responsible for:
As an L2 Desktop Support Engineer youll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. Youll be responsible for:
- Providing topnotch customer service: isting endusers with technical issues and resolving their problems promptly and efficiently.
- Managing hardware and software: Installing configuring and troubleing desktop systems operating systems and applications.
- Ensuring network connectivity: Supporting networkrelated issues and maintaining optimal network performance.
- Adhering to security standards: Implementing and enforcing security measures to protect our systems and data.
- Supporting events and projects: Providing IT support for onsite events and contributing to IT projects.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 23 years of experience in service delivery and enduser support.
- Proficiency in Windows OS MS Office VPN printing and mobile devices.
- CompTIA A certification or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service communication and problemsolving ss.
- Fluency in German and English.
