and detailed reports on service and revenue performances
Map & upgrade service teams competency
Proactive in reducing field failure rates with ownership of the problem and driving measures to
improve product performance reliability and quality.
Develop documentation to meet the various requirements of customers
Innovate and develop and detail service plans to generate revenue and achieve customer
satisfaction.
Responsible to process expenses of Field Service Technicians timely.
Preparing daily reports for where about of the Technicians.
Ensure timely support to client regarding the assembly setup
Ensure human and machine safety
