Mining Factory Mandarin Procurement Lead

In the cement industry the factory employs modern drying technology to produce lowcarbon cement products that are environmentally safe. Their production processes technology equipment and environmental safety procedures meet global standards with a regular production capacity of 100 million tons. The company operates 50 largescale cement factories in Zhejiang Jiangxi Fujian as well as international branches in Laos Nepal Indonesia and Myanmar.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand channels for sourcing various types of materials required by the company.
• Identify and select suppliers ensuring they meet the companys quality cost and delivery standards.
• Negotiate business terms and contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
• Manage supplier relationships including performance monitoring and issue resolution.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about market trends pricing and new suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as production and logistics to understand material requirements and ensure timely procurement.
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze purchasing data to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare and present regular reports on purchasing activities including spend analysis and supplier performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations company policies and ethical standards in all purchasing activities.
• Lead and mentor a team of purchasing professionals fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum education level: Bachelors degree (S1) in Procurement Management Logistics Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in purchasing procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing favorable terms with suppliers.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in procurement software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel as required for the role.
