Targeting an emerging market with an underserved but creditworthy and fastgrowing consumer group This Company currently provides users with digital banking consumer credit digital investment and insurance brokerage services fulfilling financial needs for a wide range of customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create manage and monitor daily weekly and monthly reports for both internal and external teams.
- Review and update all relevant documents and data as required.
- Serve as a communication bridge between the sales team and other related divisions.
- Maintain strong relationships with outsourcing partners and participate in the hiring process for the Sales Team.
- Monitor sales team performance and collaborate closely with the onfield sales team.
Qualifications:
- Experience in handling outsourcing partners is an advantage.
- High adaptability and ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Prior experience as sales support is highly preferred.
- Proficient in working with data and possessing strong analytical skills.
- Mandarin language proficiency is a plus but not mandatory. Candidates must have proven English communication skills (both oral and written) and a background in sales.
