Job Description

Since then we have rapidly grown a missiondriven team that is dedicated to building the education system for the 22nd century. Our network includes 2400 tutors and consultants worldwide who work with over 20000 students.

Our tech platform connects tutors and mentors to high school students aiming to achieve admission and scholarships to top universities in the US Canada UK and beyond.

This is a fulltime position based in Jakarta Indonesia

What are the main responsibilities for this role

  • Conducting consultations and academic assessments
  • Presenting Crimson products
  • Establishing developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
  • Continuously improving sales techniques and industry knowledge
  • Pitching and ideating new ways to connect with families
  • Forging partnerships with associated businesses nonprofits organizations and more
  • Working with the Local Area and Digital Marketing Teams to develop/enhance lead generation methods by identifying opportunities for campaigns services and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in leads and sales
  • Engaging in outreach activities such as presenting at school talks careers expos and Crimson seminars
  • Researching potential organizations and markets for lead generation/partnerships
  • Attending industry events where relevant and provide feedback and information on market trends

What success looks like

Sales

Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomesIdentifying and interacting with new leads/customers

Establishing rapport with new leads via phone and email to initiate sales consultations

Conducting sales consultations and academic assessments in a professional manner and that aligns with the Crimson brand and culture.

Presenting promoting and pitching MedView products as per the company sales process to prospective customers

Establishing developing and maintaining positive and professional customer interactions and relationships

Consistent and timely on boarding of new clients to the service delivery team as per Crimsons new client onboarding process

Contacting existing clients to inform and upsell them on new developments within Crimsons product offering

Supporting the Service Delivery team in the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise clients satisfaction

Continuously improving sales techniques and enhancing industry knowledge

Business Development & Lead Generation (when required)

Working with the Local Area and Digital Marketing Teams to develop/enhance lead generation methods by identifying opportunities for campaigns services and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in leads and sales

Engaging in outreach activities such as presenting at school talks careers expos and Crimson seminars

Sales & Administration

Ensuring that data is diligently and accurately entered/managed within Crimsons Client Relations Management (CRM) system

Maintaining effective communication with the internal Crimson team
