About the Company

Our client is a multinational Chinese employer which is providing network tools network services and telecommunication related needs. Our clients headquarter is based on Shenzhen Guangdong whos established in 1987. This company is starting to produce phone switches and now developed into creating the telco network providers which is not only tools but also the complex service for domestic and international coverage. Their products are reaching more than 170 countries with more than 195000 employees.

As a Mandarin Business Development Manager for our Data Center division you will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for:

  • Business Development: Opening new market segments and promoting our solutions to grow market share and country revenue.
  • Account Management: Building and nurturing relationships with Clevel executives.
  • Sales Strategy: Designing sales strategies for vertical and horizontal industries.
  • Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Business Plan Execution: Implementing the established business plan effectively.
  • Solution Selling: Presenting and selling Huawei Data Center Product solutions to partners or customers.
  • Customer Insights: Independently gaining insights from customers developing tailored solutions managing bids and preparing quotations.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Sharing knowledge with solution sales team members to enhance overall team performance.

Candidate Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Technical Computer/Mechanical Engineering or Business Management.
  • Industry Experience: Strong background in the data center/IT industry with established relationships in the DC sector capable of engaging directly with CEOs and CTOs.
  • Team Player: Excellent team player with initiative capable of meeting project timelines and working independently. Strong learning ability willing to embrace new technologies and products. High sense of responsibility to deliver quality work on time.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in both English and Chinese.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong communication networking collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with a wide range of individuals and organizations.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Proven capability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Adaptability: Fast learning capability with the ability to adapt to new environments quickly.
