Swedish global manufacturer of heavyduty truck is looking for a Senior Requirement Engineer.

Responsibilities:
Support Requirement Owner in breaking down and allocating requirements to solution areas.
Monitor verification and validation of concepts and solutions through close collaboration with engineering function.
Participate in crossfunctional teams and support product development in choosing the best technical solutions that meet agreedupon requirements.
Manage and drive multiple requirement areas balancing and harmonizing defined requirements for assigned projects.
Gather market input from brand and support Product Development in developing alternate concepts and finalizing the best solution that fulfills technical and commercial needs.
Lead the effort to ensure all requirements are properly documented and fulfilled.
Facilitate the balancing of requirements and ensure final agreedupon requirements are properly documented in approved tools.
Secure Verification and Validation to fulfill project requirements by coordinating with stakeholders on current status and potential risks.
Support junior team members and peers.
Act as a role model of lifelong learning sharing knowledge and developing others as a trainer and/or coach.
Develop influence and work confidently within the wider main Swedish Automotive OEM network.
Clearly articulate how he/she is creating value within their part for the TD/BA.

5 years of relevant experience.
Advanced knowledge typically obtained through education and work experience.
Ability to work confidently within the wider main Swedish Automotive OEM network.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Experience in Functional Safety ISO26262 connected to Active safety function development is a plus.
