Finance Associate

Job description (Finance Associate)

1)Responsible for full set of finance processes and tasks

2)Management of Cash and bank. Work with General Affairs to ensure complete petty cash and expenses submission.

3)Prepare and manage budget and cashflow projection

4)Process invoices and book it in an accurate and timely manner

5)Generate payment proposal list for review and approval

6)Prepare accounting voucher and subsequent input into accounting system.

7)Compile and review all travel expense reimbursements submit by employees.

8)Prepare monthly IFRS compliant accrual accounts and schedules

9)Review all tax filings and other regulatory matters

10)Coordinate with internal colleagues locally and in the region

11)Work with external parties such as external accountants and auditors

Requirements

1)At least 5 years work experience
2)Qualified / Partqualified accountant

3)Experienced with full sets of accounts and regulatory submissions
4)Adaptable to new processes and systems when required
5)Able to write English

6)Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
7)Able to work independently strong sense of responsibility detailoriented selfmotivated and resourceful.
8)Experience with Quickbook and/or Netsuite will be an advantage
