Job Description
Location : Chennai work from office
Mostly Indian Timings 11 am to 8.30pm
Key Responsibilities:
Update product imagery and UI elements in Photoshop comps and output web graphics
Structure Photoshop comps to optimise efficient production design and localisation workflows using slices smart objects and layer comps
Track and check on web graphics using a version control system
Work closely with producers traffic development publishing and international teams to meet project goals and ensure efficient file hand offs for localisation
Review final webpages and HTML email with an exacting eye ensuring that graphics and layouts are flawless.
Support training of newer team members
Requirements:
A bachelor s degree in a relevant field or at least 5 years equivalent experience in a handson highvolume web or HTML email design and publishing environment (or equivalent)
Photoshop expertise particularly setting up files for web production and adhering to graphic design standards
Excellent design and typography sensibilities applicable to web pages and HTML email
Solid standardsbased HTML CSS and general web publishing knowledge
Highly detail oriented with a drive for perfection down to the last pixel
Thrives in a challenging fastpaced web publishing workplace
Selfmotivated with strong written and verbal communication skills in English both written and verbal
Establishes rapport and collaborates easily with designers and web developers
Able to adhere to a consistent graphic production and checking process while also identifying opportunities for improvement
Ability to be client facing
Proficiency in OS & iOS software
Good awareness of current and emerging technologies
Resourceful adaptable creative and resultsoriented with high energy and a positive attitude
Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in ServiceNow development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow certifications. - Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices. - Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful ServiceNow solutions.
