Role:
We are looking for an experienced Manager Finance to manage cash flow develop and implement financial processes manage relationships with financial institutions and identify and mitigate financial risks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounts & Finance:
- Oversee and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Finalize the balance sheet and present the MIS as per the decided cost sheet and schedule.
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods policies and principles.
- Conduct revenue and expense variance analysis.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Proactively review the revenue cycle to address issues affecting overall performance handling internal audits.
- Maintain good relationships with bankers.
2. Compliance & Legal:
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations specific to the industry and region.
- Liaise with lawyers and auditors; review legal agreements.
3. System & Automation:
- Identify acquire and implement systems and software to provide critical financial and operational information.
- Evaluate the finance team and make suggestions for automating processes and increasing efficiency (e.g. ERP).
4. Team Management & Training:
- Mentor and develop the team managing work allocation systems training performance evaluations and fostering effective and efficient team dynamics.
5. Other Tasks:
- Handle inventory and customsrelated aspects.
- Manage capital expenses and fixed assetrelated aspects.
Collaboration Requirements:
1. Secretary General (Group CFO):
- Finalize balance sheets accounts payable/receivable compliance global structuring banking and fundraising.
2. CEO & Board of Directors:
- Balance sheet MIS cash flow and financial annual objectives.
3. Director of Business Finance & Governance:
- Budgets and forecasts recommendations balance sheet and MIS.
4. Functional Heads:
- Payments reimbursements budgets approvals revenue cycle compliance.
5. Business Finance:
- Collaborate with the Business Finance Director to assess and evaluate the financial performance of the organization regarding longterm operational goals budgets and forecasts.
- Provide insights and recommendations for the organizations shortterm and longterm growth plans.
