Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities for Helpers :

  1. Food Preparation:
    • Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking.
    • Follow standardized recipes and portion sizes.
  2. Cooking Assistance:
    • Support chefs and cooks in preparing and cooking dishes.
    • Operate kitchen equipment under supervision.
  3. Cleaning and Sanitation:
    • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
    • Follow proper sanitation and hygiene procedures.
  4. Inventory Management:
    • Assist in managing and organizing food and kitchen supplies.
    • Notify the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
  5. Support in Serving:
    • Help in plating and presenting dishes.
    • Support during busy service hours.
  6. Compliance with Food Safety Standards:
    • Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
    • Follow guidelines for safe food handling.
