Your Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Lead to help support our team members with IT related tasks and help ensure the Security of our organization.
The IT Team is 100% distributed and remote. This role will be reporting directly to the Chief Information and Security Officer
Things You Get To Do:
- Lead and own the IT organization
- Lead IT related initiatives and projects
- Be the “GotoPerson for IT helpdesk requests
- Diagnose and provide IT support for staff as required
- Work with the HR and Security team to manage onboarding and offboarding activities
- Setup and deploy laptops devices software and other hardware
- Assist with shipping and receiving of hardware assets
- Manage MDM systems including BYOD
- Maintain the Firm inventory of all IT assets
- Manage and secure endpoint devices at the direction of the Security Team
- Provide training to staff on IT related topics
- Assist with change management and procurement activities
- Other related duties as required
Who You Are (MustHaves):
- Excited about the company mission and what they are building
- 3 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
- Experience with cloudcentric environments and cybersecurity capabilities
- Experience working with Linux and Google Workspace
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication skills and committed to work collaboratively across the Firm
- Available for oncall rotations and after hour responses as needed
Who You Might Be (NicetoHaves):
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
- IT or Security related certifications
- Understanding of financial and privacy regulations
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Business acumen to be able to balance tradeoffs between stakeholders and technology feasibility and budget constraints
