SUMMARY
As a Virtual Assistant you will perform various administrative tasks including scheduling meetings managing a client s email account scheduling appointments and managing social media accounts. For this role a strong internet connection is required along with experience using communication tools like Teams Zoom and Office 365 applications.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to emails and phone calls.
- Schedule meetings.
- Manage a contact list.
- Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records.
- Organize a client s calendar.
- Create presentations as assigned.
- Provide customer service as the first point of contact.
- Streamline the client s email load by responding to incoming messages and managing the organization of email folders.
- Plan travel and event details.
- Manage social media accounts.
- Interact with clients on the employer s behalf.
- Process incoming accounts payable documents.
- Manage accounts receivable and billing.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant role.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Impeccable communication skills both written and oral.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritize workloads while managing various projects simultaneously.
- Strong background in data entry and email management.
- Strong and current computer skills; Microsoft Outlook Microsoft 365 Apps.
- Ability to work with different personalities.
- Selfdisciplined and able to work with little supervision.
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Familiarity with the latest workplace technologies including Microsoft Office online calendars and desktop sharing.
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
- Outgoing personality.
- Should be willing to accept a longterm workfromhome arrangement.
- Should be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule.
