This is a remote position.
Position Title: Healthcare RecruiterWork Setup: Work From Home
Salary: Php 35000.00 Php 45000.00
Schedule: Schedule: 6:00 AM 3:00 PM PH Time (will adjust an hour earlier when DST)
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A HEALTHCARE RECRUITER
Responsibilities as a Healthcare Recruiter:
Source attract and engage top talent through various channels including job boards social media networking events and industryspecific platforms.
Conduct thorough screenings to assess candidates qualifications experience and cultural fit.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs job specifications and ideal candidate profiles.
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to meet the company s hiring goals.
Schedule and coordinate interviews ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations.
Qualifications as a Healthcare Recruiter:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
Strong understanding of the Healthcare Industry and proven experience recruiting healcare related roles
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Strong networking and relationshipbuilding abilities.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
Resultsdriven with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
Adaptable and able to thrive in a rapidly changing industry.
