We have an immediate requirement for the role of a Retail Sales Executive for our Automotive Division.
Requirements
- Achieve monthly individual sales targets and conversion ratio set by the Sales Manager.
- Ensure to update daily customer walkins hot prospect lost order in auto line.
- Actively participate in all sales campaigns and marketing activities to enhance the sales.
- Achieve higher customer satisfaction index and handle customer queries or complaints and reports to the sales Manager / customer care.
- Ensure a good product knowledge and information about the competition models features. Utilize information to improve the sales conversion ratio.
- Ensure that the customers visiting showroom are received courteously and given priority in attending.
- Demonstrate the strengths of our products vis vis competition to close the sale.
- Offer and conduct test drives with every customer s walkinto the showroom.
- Ensure that the car delivery to the customer is made as committed in the sales order and perfect delivery process is followed.
- Make telephone calls to the customers for postsale follow up as a part of sales process.
- Use a delivery checklist and deliver vehicles in perfect order when promised (Perfect delivery).
- Introduce customers to members of the Parts and Service team.
- Contact all customers within 3 days of vehicle delivery to ensure total satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain a customer record and customer follow up system.
- Work with the Service department to provide customers the best possible treatment before during and after the sale.
- Actively participate in training programs as requested by management.
Essentials:
- Diploma in Sales and marketing with 23 years in a sales role in an automobile company.
- Flair for selling
- Communication skills (written and oral)
Benefits
We are looking for candidates with relevant experience and the salary for this role will be BD 500 BD 600 gross.
