Job Description
Sr Associate Buyer with experience in:
- Management of requisitions PO conversion per SAP Report.
- SAP experience
- Manage supplier communication and escalation regarding; PO delivery postponement past due/missed orders PO quantity discrepancies closing balances missing documents COA / packing list.
- Participating in projects.
- Smart sheet and/or any other reporting for metrics.
Requirements
- High school/GED AND 4 years of directly related work experience OR
Associate s AND 2 years of directly related work experience OR
Bachelor s/Masters AND 6 months of directly related work experience - Bilingual (Spanish/English)(Verbal/written).
- Computer literacy.
Doctorate degree or Master's degree and 3 years of directly related experience or Bachelor's degree and 5 years of directly related experience or Associate's degree and 10 years of directly related experience (Studies Microbiology, Life Sciences, Engineering) Experience in CDOCs, KNEAT, MS Office Bilingual (Spanish/English) Computer Literacy
