Sr IT Business Analyst

• Engages with business leaders to understand how strategies and datadriven changes can improve efficiencies and add value.
  
• Work with data sets to define use cases to improve products processes and/or services.
  
• Collaborates with Business Relationship Manager (BRM) business stakeholders and IT Product Owners / Managers to develop business requirements for product or system changes.
  
• Drives business agenda during solution delivery process.
  
• Ability to analyze data and trends in order to develop recommendations to solve business problems.
  
• Problem Solving Detail Oriented CrossFunctional Collaboration Customer Service Process Improvement Communication.
  
• Understanding of systems software and technological concepts Familiarity with data analysis tools and data modeling methodologies.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
  
• Experienced in software validation and related documentation activities.
  
• Knowledge on software lifecycle from requirements definition through development test and release.
  
• Able to collaborate in a global environment with personnel at different locations and time zones.
  
• Hands on technical writing skills. Document plans and reports
  
• Computer literacy in MS Word Excel PowerPoint
  
• Fluent English Speaker
  
• Bachelor s Degree Completed
  

• Experienced in computer software validation (CSV) methods and practices.
  
• Experienced in the Medical Devices industry and how to thrive in a regulated environment.
