- Bachelor s degree in human resources strategic management business administration or a related field.
- Creating and executing human resource strategies to help support the overall business plan and organization of a company.
- Implementing talent acquisition strategies to help fulfill future hiring needs creating career development plans and promoting inclusion in the workplace.
- Improving employee performance to help the overall company function better and accomplish more.
- Implementing organizational development strategies.
- Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR functions.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Minimum 5 years related working experience with at least 1 year in a managerial position. Minimum 3 years audit experience is an added advantage. Familiar with IFRS or MFRS. Preferably with financial management and group consolidation experience. Effective verbal and written communication skill. Possess sense of urgency and committed to deliver results within tight deadlines. Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics GP (accounting system) is an added advantage.Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
