Position Overview:
The Key Account Executive is responsible for driving aggressive growth expanding product distribution and developing innovative strategies to position the company as a leading brand within the pharmacy chain sector. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and creative thinker with a proven track record in managing key accounts particularly in FMCG industry. This role will require outofthebox thinking to outperform competitors and ensure the brand stands out in a competitive marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the istant Key Account Manager
- ist the istant Key Account Manager in executing sales strategies and initiatives for pharmacy chains.
- Provide insights data ysis and market intelligence to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Collaborate closely with the istant Key Account Manager to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Drive Aggressive Growth
- Develop and execute sales plans to drive aggressive growth within igned pharmacy chains.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement effective promotional campaigns that boost sales.
Expand Distribution
- Support efforts to increase product listings and distribution in new and existing pharmacy channels.
- Work with the merchandising and supply chain teams to ensure product availability always and visibility.
- ist in negotiating and securing additional shelf space and promotional opportunities.
Innovative Thinking & Brand Differentiation
- Contribute to brainstorming and implementing creative strategies that elevate brand presence within pharmacy chains.
- ist in developing and executing outofthebox instore activations and customer engagement initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to propose innovative solutions for staying ahead of the competition.
Relationship Building & Key Account Management
- Maintain strong relationships with pharmacy account stakeholders ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular account visits and ist in managing account reviews to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
- Collaborate with the istant Key Account Manager to develop and maintain effective longterm partnerships with key accounts.
Collaboration &
- Work closely with the marketing trade marketing and supply chain teams to execute instore promotions and ensure product availability.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless of trade marketing initiatives product launches and promotional events.
- Act as a liaison between pharmacy accounts and internal teams to resolve any issues and maintain smooth operations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in key account management sales or business development preferably within FMCG industry.
- Proven ability to support aggressive growth strategies and expand distribution channels.
- Strong relationship management communication and problemsolving ss.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel as required.
