Prepare HRrelated correspondence and documentation with careful attention to legal requirements and HR policies including employment contracts terminations policies etc.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of tax clearance EA forms and Form E.
Liaise with statutory bodies such as KWSP PERKESO EIS and LHDN on payroll and auditrelated issues.
Responsible for the full cycle of payroll ensuring employee records are wellmaintained with high data integrity. Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Perform and supervise HR operational tasks including personnel data administration organizational data maintenance time and attendance data administration leave management and monthly claims reimbursement processing.
Prepare and review monthly reports on HRrelated metrics to ensure accuracy and provide insights for management decisions.
Provide support and advice to employees on HRrelated matters as needed ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll and HR operations with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong understanding of payroll processes tax regulations and statutory requirements.
Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Attention to detail ability to handle confidential information problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to managing HR functions.
