Job Description: As a Conveyancing Solicitor you will cover all aspects of residential conveyancing including:

• Sale and purchases
  
• Transfer of titles
  
• Remortgages
  
• Private client matters including Wills Power of Attorneys and Executries
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your own case load independently
  
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  
• Demonstrate flexibility and initiative in daily tasks
  
• Ensure high standards of work and client satisfaction
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Newly qualified Solicitor (up to 3 years postqualified)
  
• Strong communication skills
  
• Ability to work independently and manage own case load
  
• Flexibility and initiative in a busy office environment
