Responsibilities:
- Consult and handle all corporate legal processes (e.g. intellectual property mergers & acquisitions compliance issues transactions agreements and lawsuits)
- Develop company policy and position on legal issues
- Research anticipate and guard the company against legal risks
- Guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations
- Structure draft and review reports and other legal documents
- Represent the company in legal proceedings (administrative boards court trials etc.)
- Liaise with External Lawyers on court matters
- Draft review and administer all contracts
- Perform other duties assigned by the Head of the Legal Department
Requirements:
- Proven comparable law firm experience
- Minimum of 3 Years postcall practice
- Proven background in corporate law (contract law intellectual property rights licensing zoning laws)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Administrative and managerial skills
- Analytical ability and strong attention to detail
- Computer skills
- Current license to practice law
- Minimum of B.L and LL.B
